Slovenian company Robeta Mobil has unveiled an ultra-luxury camper van called the Ananya, which many are calling a “mobile penthouse.” Based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4×4 chassis, the vehicle combines minimalist design, cutting-edge technology, and high-end amenities in the form of a home on wheels.
The interior of the van has been completely redesigned and, unlike conventional models, the driving area is separate from the living area. In the main lounge, there is a large L-shaped sofa that turns into a bedroom at night by lowering an electric bed from the ceiling. The kitchen area has a Corian hob, Bora gas hob, combination oven and 130-litre fridge to provide full home cooking facilities.
On the other side, the bathroom and toilet are semi-open in design and luxurious materials, including a standing shower, washbasin and a toilet with a mixer. Also, a small washing machine and dryer are built into the wardrobe so that passengers can easily wash their clothes even on long journeys.
The Ananya's electrical system is powered by a 10kWh EcoFlow battery and a 450W solar panel, allowing the vehicle to run for days without mains power. Other amenities include a 160-litre freshwater tank, Webasto heating and the option of Starlink internet connectivity.
The body is constructed using PET foam and lightweight aluminum to reduce overall weight, while maintaining high durability and safety. The van is designed with a focus on quality of life, not just adding a lot of equipment in a limited space. The Ananya is priced at around $295,000 and its initial production is limited to five Founders Edition units. Official deliveries will begin in January 2026.
