Geely Galaxy M7 cabin leaked; Geely's new hybrid SUV set for unveiling
Newly released spy shots reveal for the first time the interior design of the Geely Galaxy M7 ahead of its official unveiling, the new plug-in hybrid SUV that will complete the Galaxy lineup more than ever. The images show that Geely has placed a special focus on modern design, digital space, and consistency with its new design language.
Cabin design: modern, simple and in harmony with the Galaxy family
A first look at the Galaxy M7’s cabin reveals that it’s clearly inspired by the Galaxy Starship 7 in terms of interior layout. The minimalist dashboard, large center display, and multifunction steering wheel all follow the unified design language of the Galaxy family.
However, the M7 has some differences that shape its independent identity:
The removal of the full-width air vent
A simpler design for the instrument cluster
The use of piano black trim on the door panels to give it a more luxurious feel
These changes show that Geely is aiming to strike a good balance between simplicity, technology, and competitive pricing.

Dimensions and space; compact SUV with adequate family space
According to the published information, the Geely Galaxy M7 falls into the compact five-seater SUV class:
Length: 4,770 mm
Width: 1,905 mm
Height: 1,685 mm
Wheelbase: 2,785 mm
These dimensions promise adequate cabin space, rear passenger comfort, and everyday usability; features that are of great importance to the car's target market.
Plug-in hybrid powertrain; focus on fuel efficiency and acceptable performance
The Galaxy M7 is equipped with a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) system that includes:
A 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a power of about 110 horsepower
A lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery
A top speed of 180 km/h
Details regarding the all-electric range and electric motor power have not yet been announced, but Geely expects it to offer economical, fuel-efficient performance suitable for urban use.
Exterior design; in line with the new generation of Geely products
At the rear, the all-round lights and the English GEELY logo are seen in the center of the trunk door, a style that has now become a signature design of Geely's new products. The overall body design is simple, modern and in line with the taste of the Chinese market and export markets. The Galaxy M7 sits below the larger Galaxy M9 model and, as a more accessible and economical option, will play an important role in the expansion of Geely's hybrid vehicles.
